Roof Mount Lights BL4
Powder coated zinc plates steel body fitted with a press formed zinc plates steel mounting bracket, secured to the body with monel rivets and an adjustable foot mounting bracket. The light is fitted with a 160mm dia. vacuum aluminised reflector and stainless steel light concentrating spider. The light is provided by a 12 volt 100 watt halogen lamp with a GY 6.35 base, mounted in a ceramic lamp holder. The lens/shroud and reflector assembly is secured with a rolled aluminium retaining band.

Copilot Range K12V / M 12V / L12V / L24V
A compact top quailty, German made low voltage reading light that provides uniform glare free white light fitted with a 12 volt 5 watt halogen lamp and a "Stay in place" flexible stem. L and K series are supplied with cable, cable joiners, fixing screws and installation instructions. L series also available in 24 volt 5 watt.

Worklight Stainless Steel/ Mild Steel BL6
This light is constructed with a 316L stainless steel body finished in white powder coat. A stainless steel lamp holder is fitted with a 12 volt 55 watt H1 halogen lamp and protected with a opal shaded, moulded polycarbonate lens, providing a non reflecting glar free 180 degree light spread. The light body is fitted with a heavy duty zinc plated adjustable mounting bracket (with fixing bolt, nut and washers supplied)

316 Stainless Steel Worklight BL13

A comprehensive range of Osran 12 volt halogen replacement lamps are avilable for spotlights, worklights and the copilot range. Wattages available for Spotlights are:

Rechargeable Power Packs (R.C.B 127 / RCB 1217)
Available in 2 capacities, 12 volt 7 AMP hour and 12 volt 17 AMP hour units are supplied in padded carry bags with adjustable shoulder straps, 12 / 12 charging leads and CIG socket outlets.




Plug Pack (SP 1305)
240 volt - 12 volt plug pack charge units are available for both power packs.

Hand Held Sportlight BL1
All aluminium construction with durable powder coated finish and positive grip handle, fitted with a 160mm dia. dacuum aluminised reflector and stainless steel light concentrating spider. The light is provided by a 12 volt 100 watt halogen lamp with a GY 6.36 base, mounted in a ceramic lamp holder. The light is fitted with a metal toggle switch and 4 metres of heavy duty 4mm dia. twin sheath cable and alligator clips.


Hand Held Walk Light BL2
Combines the specification of the standard hand held spotlight with a dual lamp reflector with a 6 watt incandescent lamp and 100 watt halogen lamp individually controlled from a three position toggle switch.

Hand Held Walk Light with Heavy Duty Coil Cord and Low Voltage Plug BL3
This is similar to the hand held walk light model but are fitted with 3 metres of retractable coil cable and low voltage plug. (A 75 or 50 watt lamp may be ordered for use in these lights)

Hand Held Spotlight and Scope Mounted Spotlight with Dimmer and Battery Energy Saver BL 7 / 7S
This spotlight utilises the latest in Australian designed and manufactured dimming and battery energy saving technology. the unit is contained within the casing of the spotlight and adds 55 grams to the weight of the light.
The unit is capable of producing from a 5 volt to a 14 volt direct current power supply, an out put voltage that is variable to any value between zero volts and a little less than the full available power suplly voltage.
The unit is controlled from a three position toggle switch with a knob being used for the manual control of the dimmer, and with full power being available at all times at the flick of the toggle switch.

Example of battery energy savings
A 12 volt 100 watt spotlight operating from a 12 volt 6.5 ampere/hour battery will operate for around forty minutes. Reducing the output power to 50% wil almost double batter lift to approximately one hout and twenty minutes. Reducing the output power to 25% will almost quadruple battery life to approximately two hours and forty minutes.



Remote Control Handles
BL 8 / 515mm long, BL 9 / 275mm short, BL10 / 425mm standard
These units are constructed from fully machines self lubricating nylon and a zinc plated steel arm, fitted with a machined nylon ball. They are provided with a powder coated steel stirrup handle, with a comfortable polyurethane grip and provision on the handle for various switch positions. The tensioning of the arm is achived from inside the cabin with a knurled tension adjustable nut. Each unit is prewired with 4mm di cable and is supplied with complete instructions and installation kit. Available in 3 sizes, the overall lengths being 275/ * 415 and *515mm * Detachable Handle Models
